Version: 1.0 | Entity: KinVyaksha (pre-incorporation)
Jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Applies to: All applicants, candidates, and selected interns — regardless of role
Important: Read this document fully before filling the application form. By submitting an application to KinVyaksha, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated here, as well as KinVyaksha's Privacy Policy, NDA, and any other policies communicated at any stage of engagement. Ignorance of any provision — whether claimed with or without evidence — will not be accepted as a defence and will be treated as negligence.
KinVyaksha is currently a pre-incorporation entity in the process of formal legal registration under applicable Indian law. This process may take up to one (1) additional year or longer. All terms herein are entered into by the Founding Promoter of KinVyaksha on behalf of the entity, and shall bind the formally incorporated company upon registration without further notice.
These Terms apply to every person who:
No amount of any kind shall be collected from any applicant or candidate at any stage of the hiring, selection, or internship process. Any request for payment purportedly from KinVyaksha is unauthorized and should be reported immediately to HR Support.
All decisions relating to applications, selections, rejections, assignments, evaluations, feedback, benefits, early exit, extensions, and any other matter arising from this engagement are made at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. The Company's decisions are final and are not subject to challenge, review, or appeal by any candidate or intern, except as required by applicable Indian law.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw any term herein at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Company may maintain internal policies that are not publicly disclosed and may be communicated verbally. Such policies are binding. Candidates and interns are responsible for seeking clarification from their Manager regarding any applicable policy.
Nothing in these Terms, the Job Description, the Intern Playbook, or any other KinVyaksha communication constitutes a guarantee, promise, or assured outcome of any kind — including but not limited to: placement, certificate issuance, performance feedback, stipend, or extension of engagement.
The Company shall not be liable for any consequence arising from changes in government law, regulation, judicial interpretation, third-party platform policy, or any other external factor affecting the terms of this engagement.
Before submitting an application, every candidate must read:
Submitting an application without reading the required documents shall not be grounds for re-evaluation or special consideration. The application form contains comprehension checks. Failure to answer them correctly indicates non-compliance with this requirement.
To be eligible to apply:
Any misrepresentation of eligibility at any stage will result in immediate disqualification or early exit, and may result in such further action as the Company determines appropriate.
Candidates are expected to represent themselves honestly. Inflated CVs, fabricated experiences, AI-generated applications (without personal reasoning), and misrepresentation of any kind are violations of these Terms.
By submitting the application form, you consent to KinVyaksha collecting, storing, processing, and retaining your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes but is not limited to: name, DOB, gender, contact details, educational records, native language, social media profiles, device information, uploaded documents, and your written responses.
Using AI tools to assist with research and drafting is acceptable. However, submitting AI-generated answers as your own without independent reasoning, or using AI to bypass document comprehension questions, is a violation. The Company reserves the right to use AI tools to detect patterns inconsistent with genuine human responses and to disqualify applications accordingly.
Submitting multiple applications for the same role constitutes a violation. The Company may disqualify all submissions from such a candidate.
The Company will not individually communicate rejections unless specifically chosen to do so. Receipt of no communication within the stated timeline should be treated as non-selection for that cohort. The Company may reopen applications or consider future cohort inclusion at its sole discretion.
Application data will be retained as stated in the Privacy Policy. Even if your application is unsuccessful, your data may be retained for up to six (6) months or longer for legitimate Company purposes. You may request deletion as per the Privacy Policy's deletion process.
Assignment invitations are extended only to candidates who pass Stage 1 screening. Receipt of an assignment is not a guarantee of selection.
The assignment brief provided to the candidate at this stage includes: objective, output format, scope, and deadline. The candidate must adhere to the brief exactly. Late submissions without prior communication may be disqualified.
All research, simulated documentation, replica frameworks, and outputs produced during training assignments are submitted to the Company and become the Company's exclusive property from the moment of submission. The Company retains the absolute right to use, adapt, archive, or build upon these training submissions for internal educational benchmarking without compensation or attribution to the candidate.
The candidate shall not share, discuss, publish, or disclose the content of any assignment brief or their submission to any person or platform, during or after the selection process.
Candidates may use AI tools to assist. However, the final submission must reflect the candidate's own understanding, reasoning, and judgment. Submissions that are evidently AI-generated without personal analysis will not be evaluated positively and will be flagged.
Any of the stage usually Stage 3 (Discussion) sessions can happen anytime and anywhere in the hiring process and which are usually conducted through video calls. The candidate's camera must be on and face visible for the entire session. This is a mandatory condition of participation. No exceptions.
The interview session may be video recorded and/or audio recorded by the Company. By attending the session, the candidate provides consent to such recording. The Company will not sell or publicly release such recordings. Recordings may be stored in third-party cloud services.
The candidate shall not disclose, discuss, or publish: interview questions, session content, or outcomes — on any platform or to any person — before receiving a final decision from the Company.
The Company may request display of a government-issued photo ID at the start of the session for identity verification purposes.
Candidates are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the session. Background content must be appropriate. Exposure of unauthorized or inappropriate visual material in the background will be treated as a conduct violation.
If a candidate is unable to attend a scheduled session, they must inform the Company at least 24 hours in advance. The Company may or may not offer a rescheduled session at its discretion.
Candidates who proceed to finalization will be required to submit identity and educational documents as per KinVyaksha's KYC process (Legal_04: KYC and Identity Declaration Form). This step occurs after offer acceptance and before onboarding.
Note: Aadhaar is accepted voluntarily only — masked or unmasked, as per candidate's choice. No candidate will be rejected solely for declining to provide Aadhaar. Any other government-issued photo ID is acceptable.
The candidate shall declare, to the best of their knowledge: (a) whether they have any prior criminal convictions, and (b) whether any criminal proceedings are currently pending against them. Misrepresentation of this declaration shall constitute a serious breach.
Note: KinVyaksha does not currently conduct formal background checks through third-party agencies. However, providing false declarations is a breach of these Terms and may be acted upon at any time.
Upon selection and before onboarding, the Company may:
In either case:
The Company may collect copies of highest qualification certificates — 10th, intermediate, degree, or equivalent — voluntarily shared or submitted by the candidate. These are retained as part of the engagement record.
Offers will be communicated through email or designated channel. An offer is valid for number of days(as mentioned in the offer letter itself) from the date of communication. Failure to respond constitutes withdrawal of offer.
All offers are conditional upon: (a) successful document verification, (b) execution of the Internship Agreement, NDA, and related documents, and (c) no material misrepresentation discovered at or after the offer stage.
The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw an offer at any time before the internship commences, for any reason, without liability.
Before Day 1, the selected intern must sign and return:
The intern will be onboarded to all designated Company tools on or before Day 1. The intern shall complete tool setup as directed by the Manager before the first scheduled session.
The designated email account shall be active before Day 1.
Onboarding consists of tool access setup, an introduction to the operational working structure, the first assignment brief, and an orientation session with the Manager. While this is an independent learning track, the intern is expected to begin applied execution on their assigned case-studies within 48 hours of onboarding.
The intern confirms on Day 1 that they have read and understood the Intern Playbook (or role-equivalent document). This confirmation is on record.
The first formal assignment brief will be delivered on or by Day 2 of the internship. The intern is expected to ask clarifying questions and begin work within the same day.
Documentation must happen continuously as assignments progress — not at the end of the day, and not as a separate task. Decision logs, research notes, progress updates, and session records must be maintained continuously. This structured mapping is an essential part of the training program itself.
AI tools may be used for research assistance and drafting. Company Confidential Information must not be submitted to any AI system without written authorization. AI outputs do not substitute for the intern's own reasoning and judgment.
During the internship, the Company may:
The Company evaluates performance at its sole discretion, at any time, in any form, and without advance notice. Performance evaluation is not limited to any scheduled review cycle or predefined format. Evaluations may occur during or after the internship period.
The Company may provide feedback at its discretion, in any form. The Company is not obligated to provide feedback at any specific time, frequency, or in any specific format.
If the intern chooses to exit before Day 60: fifteen (15) calendar days' written notice is required, delivered to the Manager via email. During the notice period, the intern must continue fulfilling all duties. Failure to provide adequate notice constitutes a breach and may result in claims for damages.
The Company may terminate the internship at any time, without prior notice, without stating any reason, and at its sole discretion.
On the last working day (Day 60 or early exit):
Internship Completion Certificate is issued only upon:
The Company's decision on certificate issuance is final.
After the internship ends:
The Company reserves the right to contact former interns at any time, through any channel, regarding: legal matters, certificate details, reference verifications, or any other Company purpose.
If the intern's conduct — whether negligent, ignorant, or intentional — causes damage, loss, or liability to the Company, any stakeholder, client, or third party, the intern shall be liable to compensate for all resulting losses including legal fees, penalties, and costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to any intern or candidate shall not exceed ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only), for any claim arising under these Terms or any related document.
All matters arising from these Terms shall be governed by Indian law, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion within 15 days. Unresolved disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration in Hyderabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (as amended).
KinVyaksha uses third-party platforms for application collection, communication, document storage, video conferencing, and task management. By participating in any KinVyaksha process, you acknowledge that:
Data collected by the Company may be processed through AI tools. KinVyaksha is not liable for any output, error, or consequence arising from AI-assisted processing.
The Company is not liable to any candidate or intern for loss, damage, or harm resulting from: unauthorized access to the Company's systems, cyberattacks, data breaches, system failures, or any other security incident — regardless of whether such incident involves Company negligence.
